Overview

You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and integrating cloud-native fintech solutions, working closely with product and engineering teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development of Google Cloud Platform (GCP)-based fintech applications, primarily using Google Cloud Protocols (APIs, services).
  • Architect, develop, and maintain scalable big data solutions using BigQuery and other GCP services.
  • Build robust data pipelines and ETL processes, integrating real-time and batch data flows.
  • Develop APIs and backend logic in Python and R for data analysis, ML models, and reporting.
  • Integrate backend services with user-facing applications built in React JS and WordPress.
  • Design and manage relational databases, especially PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity and performance.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related technical field.

Experience

2–5 years in data science or engineering, with a proven track record in fintech or cloud-based development.

Technical Skills

Programming

Exceptional proficiency in Python and R for data analytics, automation, and machine learning.

Cloud

Deep knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Functions, IAM, API integration, Pub/Sub).

Database

Hands-on expertise in PostgreSQL—schema design, performance optimization, data migration, and operations.

About the Role

You'll be building our MVP and shaping the company's technical DNA. If you're passionate about clean UI, exceptional UX, and building beautiful, performant web interfaces, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

  • Translate business requirements and design mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive, and performant web experiences.
  • Build and optimize our React.js-based application, ensuring seamless integration with REST & GraphQL APIs.
  • Create and maintain a WordPress-powered marketing and content platform with custom themes, plugins, and integrations.
  • Implement design systems, reusable components, and scalable front-end architecture.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders to iterate on features quickly.
  • Own the end-to-end user experience from landing pages to in-app flows.

Must-Have Skills

  • 3+ years of professional front-end development experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in React.js, Next.js (bonus), ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS.
  • Strong experience with WordPress — custom theme/plugin development, API integration, performance tuning.
  • Deep understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • TypeScript experience.
  • Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools.
  • Experience with Headless WordPress setups.
  • Knowledge of financial products, fintech APIs, or data visualization frameworks.
